How refunds work

Because every course includes selected free previews, outcome lists, and a full curriculum outline, we encourage you to evaluate a course before purchasing. If something still goes wrong — for example a duplicate payment or a course that does not match its description — contact us through the support form and our team will review your request case by case.

What to include

Please include the email address on your account, the course name, and the reason for your request. Refund reviews normally complete within a few business days.

If a refund is approved

Approved refunds are returned through your original payment method. When a full refund is completed, access to the refunded course is removed.
